IntelliSource is searching for a qualified ERP Business Systems Analyst II to assist our manufacturing partner in Westminster. The ERP Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing SAP technical expertise in supporting end users; determining root cause analysis and developing resolutions; maintaining SAP master data and functionality tables; performing unit testing and end user demos while supporting integration and user acceptance tests; receiving and reviewing user requests for SAP authorization; developing EDI processes that support our business processes; setting up new customers for EDI; developing cost effective SAP processes and procedures that meet user requirements; creating functional and technical design specifications based on business requirements; working with ABAP developers by communicating specs and performing iterative testing to ensure accuracy and compatibility of data; creating BW reports for metrics. 

JOB DESCRIPTION
 

• Configures and customizes solutions within the SAP R/3 ECC / S4 HANA environments
• Provides SAP technical expertise in supporting end users; determines root cause analysis and develops resolutions to fix issues as they arise.
• Performs unit testing and end user demos while supporting integration and user acceptance tests.
• Receives and reviews user requests for SAP authorization and grants access while obtaining proper management approvals.

• Develops cost effective SAP processes and procedures that meet user requirements.
• Creates functional and technical design specifications based on business requirements provided by the end users and/or process organization; creates SAP specification documents.
• Capture and document systems end-to-end information flow and ancillary system integration into SAP.
• Performs unit testing and end user demos while supporting integration and user acceptance tests.
• Analyzes complex SAP problems to be addressed with automated system solutions using knowledge of SAP and past experiences.
• Works with business resources to understand and document business requirements for application functionality, reports, customizations, interfaces, etc.
• Works with business resources to define the overall scope of work for the assigned projects.

• Changes the message output tables for invoices and order confirmations.
